How do I place an order?
Browse our catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer for trade accounts.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Apply for a trade account to access tiered discounts of 10–25% across the entire catalogue. Visit our Trade page for details.
Can I order samples?
Trade account holders receive complimentary sample credits each quarter. Retail customers can request samples for a small fee that’s refunded on purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and bank transfer. Trade accounts can access 30-day payment terms.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track orders from your account dashboard.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Australia only. We’re exploring New Zealand delivery and will announce it when available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually modify or cancel orders that haven’t been dispatched. Once shipped, our returns policy applies.
Do you offer design consultations?
Our trade account managers can assist with product selection and specification. Contact your dedicated AM or reach out to our team.
Shipping information
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $500 Australia-wide. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for 1–2 business day delivery to metro areas. Regional and remote areas may take additional time.
Returns policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom-order and cut-to-length items are non-returnable. Contact our team to initiate a return and we’ll provide a return shipping label.
Warranty information
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product category. Typical warranties range from 5 to 15 years. Contact us with your order number for warranty claims and we’ll liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.
